RedHorse Painting Co. provides residential interior and exterior painting services, along with related information and estimates, within our designated service areas. Estimates and Project Scope

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available during the initial consultation or property inspection. Final pricing may change if additional work, concealed damage, unforeseen site conditions, customer-requested changes, or other circumstances affecting the scope of the project are discovered before or during the work. Whenever reasonably possible, any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be discussed with the customer and approved before additional work is performed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled service appointments. Prior to our arrival, customers should remove fragile items, valuables, and personal belongings from the work area whenever possible. RedHorse Painting Co. reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or suspend work due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, restricted access, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in the accepted estimate, proposal, contract, or invoice. Failure to make timely payment may result in project delays, suspension of services, or applicable late fees and interest where permitted by law. The customer remains responsible for payment of all completed and approved work.

Payment, Collections, Liens & Dispute Resolution

Payment is due according to the terms set forth in the accepted estimate or invoice. Any unpaid balance may be subject to late fees, interest, collection costs, and reasonable attorney's fees to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If payment is not received as agreed, RedHorse Painting Co. reserves all rights and remedies available under Washington law, including the right to preserve and enforce any lien rights for labor, materials, equipment, or services provided on the project. Nothing contained in these Terms of Service shall be interpreted as a waiver of any rights or remedies available under Washington law.

The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through informal discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, the parties agree that, except where prohibited by law or where RedHorse Painting Co. is exercising or preserving statutory lien rights or seeking payment through legally authorized collection procedures, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Washington before a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own attorney's fees and costs during arbitration unless the arbitrator or applicable law provides otherwise. The prevailing party shall be entitled to any attorney's fees, costs, or other relief permitted by the applicable agreement or Washington law.

By accepting an estimate, proposal, or work order, whether electronically or by signature, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including this Payment, Collections, Liens, and Dispute Resolution provision.

Website Disclaimer

While we strive to keep our website accurate and up to date, RedHorse Painting Co. does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other technical issues. All website content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedHorse Painting Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
