Terms of Use
Using this website
This website provides information about RedHorse Painting and a way to request project estimates. Use it lawfully and provide accurate contact and project information. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access private records or submit another person's information without permission.
Estimates and project agreements
Calculator results, planning ranges and sample proposals are illustrative, not binding offers or final quotes. Submitting a form does not book work or create a painting contract. Project scope, pricing, timing, payment and warranty terms are established in your written project agreement. That agreement controls the work we undertake.
Photos and third-party links
Website text and photos are provided for information about our services. Illustrative images are not proof of a completed customer project. Do not reuse website material without the appropriate permission. External websites, map services and social profiles are governed by their own terms.
Availability and updates
We aim to keep website information accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is current. Confirm project-specific information with us before relying on it. These website terms do not replace your written agreement or limit rights provided by applicable law.
