Painting near the water
Homes close to Lake Washington deal with damp air and moisture year-round, so surface prep, drying time, and mildew treatment matter before any paint goes on.
- Moisture and mildew on exterior surfaces
- Weathered wood on decks and trim
- Condos and townhomes where interior and cabinet work needs careful protection of shared spaces
